Our process to have your commercial or residential concrete foundation designed is simple.
Deliver your plan at our office, mail it, or email a CAD drawing to submit@anm-eng.com. We’ll
need your house plan and a soils report to design your foundation. The type of foundation will
depend on the soils and your preference. We currently have a 3-5 days turnaround. We can
make exceptions for a $100 rush within 48 hrs. When your design is complete we’ll e-mail you
an electronic file with a design letter. If desired, a hard copy can be prepared and ready to be
picked up or overnighted if needed.

The perimeter of the home is visually inspected for exterior signs of foundation movement.
Next the interior of the home for signs of foundation distress is inspected. Once the inspection
has been completed we can determine if any work is needed. An explanation is given at the
time of the inspection of recommended repairs if necessary. The Engineer's report is typically
ready the next business day which will include conclusions and recommendations to remedy
the foundation problem.
